With the use of our secure web-based software, Recovery Database Network (RDN), it is
TWI’s goal to provide our clients with convenient access to our system 24 hours a day via secure login. This will allow the client the ability to review updates or add additional information to their assigned accounts. Updates on all accounts are in “real time” and are added by our field agents via laptops and wireless internet while in the field. Clients who do not wish to login to our database can be sent updates on their accounts via fax or email.
TWI of South Florida maintains one of the largest recovery vehicle fleets in the southern part of Florida. We use the latest in self-loading equipment to insure damage free recovery of all vehicles.
For the protection of our clients and ourselves, we take 6 digital photos of each vehicle upon completion of the repossession. These photos are then uploaded into our database and can be viewed online by clients using their secure login. These photos can also be emailed outside our system if requested by a client.
